May Recap at West Shore Lodge

May was another active and rewarding month at West Shore Lodge, filled with fellowship, degrees, and recognition.

We kicked things off with a drive-in movie night, where RWB Behm and his lady Kim joined Lynette and me for an evening under the stars. By chance, we also ran into our District Education Officer, WB Smith, and his family. While attendance was modest, the company was excellent, and The Thunderbolts proved to be a fun film. There’s something timeless about enjoying a movie from the comfort of your car with good friends.

The month continued with a significant milestone as we raised our third and fourth Brothers of the year—Bro. Barry Cooper and Kent Phillip. It’s always a powerful experience to help a Brother take another step in his Masonic journey and receive more light.

Later in May, we had the privilege of attending the Grand Master’s Reception. West Shore was proud to nominate Gabriel Hare, Honored Queen of Bethel 66, for the Excellence in Youth Award. Gabriel’s leadership and poise made her a very deserving recipient, and we were honored to support her recognition.

To cap off the month, West Shore Lodge was invited to confer the Entered Apprentice degree at the Grand Master’s One-Day Class this September. This is a tremendous honor and a testament to the hard work and quality of our degree team.

More information about this event will be shared as we get closer to the

date.

As always, we hope to see you at our upcoming events—be sure to check

your postcards for the latest updates!

Fraternally,

Trevor Cutts
